Our client stands at the forefront of digital growth strategies. They grow businesses through
powerful online sales and marketing strategies, offering a suite of solutions specifically
tailored to empower entrepreneurs and business owners.

They are now seeking a Social Media Content & Graphic Support professional to join their
team. This role requires a candidate who is proficient in Canva, familiar with social media
management tools, particularly Buffer, and has a deep understanding of various social media
platforms (Facebook and Instagram). The ideal candidate will not only enjoy being on social
media but also understand how to communicate effectively and engage on these platforms.
They will be able to combine content creation with actual engagement and communication,
adhering to established processes to deliver consistent and high-quality results.

***Key Responsibilities:

– Utilize Buffer and other social media management tools to schedule, post, and
manage content across various social media platforms.
– Use Canva to create engaging and visually appealing social media content that aligns
with our brand voice and standards.
– Use graphic design skills to enhance social media content and support the creation of
blog posts. This includes sourcing appropriate stock photos from Canva.
– Leverage AI tools to optimize content creation and management. This includes using
AI within Canva to enhance design efficiency and creativity.
– Follow established content creation and management processes to deliver consistent
results. Show initiative in identifying opportunities for process improvements and
contribute to their implementation.
– Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to ensure the content aligns with
marketing strategies and creative direction.
– Maintain a focus on producing results that drive client success and contribute to the
growth of their businesses.
– Track and analyze social media performance to inform future content and strategy.
– Leverage Instagram and Facebook to establish and deepen connections with our
target audience. This includes engaging in direct messaging, responding to
comments, sharing relevant stories, and utilizing other interactive features to foster a
vibrant and engaged community.
– Manage and maintain a well-organized system of folders within the client’s shared
workspace. This includes careful handling of shared resources such as pictures and
files, ensuring their integrity and preventing accidental deletions.

***Skills and Competencies:

– 4+ years of proven experience in social media content creation, management and
social media engagement.
– Excellent command of the English language, including reading, writing, typing, and
comprehension. Ability to read quickly and efficiently, with skills in skimming,
skipping, and floating through titles.
– Proficiency in using Buffer and other social media management tools.
– Knowledge of online social media content strategy and creation.
– Skills in graphic design, particularly for social media content creation. Proficiency in
sourcing stock photos in Canva for use in social media and blogs.
– Experience with AI tools, particularly Jasper, is essential. Familiarity with AI
functionalities within Canva is a plus.
– Proficiency in general word processing tools such as Google Docs and MS Word.
– Experience with Google Sheets and Google Forms for data management and entry.
– Understanding of social media trends.
– Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics and social media analytics.
– High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
– Strong research skills.

***Additional Information:

– Must have a complete home equipment setup, including a desktop/laptop, headset, stable internet connection, and webcam.
– A minimum internet speed of 20 Mbps is required.
– A contingency plan for power interruptions or connectivity issues.
– Start date: ASAP
– Employment type: part-time contract (10-15 hours per week to start with a potential of increasing hours)
– Permanent work-from-home
– Work Schedule: Must be willing to work US Eastern Standard Time (starting at 9 pm Manila)
– Pay is in Canadian Dollars ($8 CAD per hour)
