Social Media Content Manager

JOB OVERVIEW:
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Social Media Manager with a strong understanding of AI-driven techniques to join our creative and dynamic team.
As our Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for managing, optimising, and growing our social media presence across multiple platforms. Your primary focus will be breaking down long-form content into engaging and shareable posts, leveraging the latest AI techniques and technologies to optimise our reach and engagement.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
*Edit long-form podcast content to create shorter snippets for use on social media platforms
*Edit and create engaging videos for YouTube and other social media platforms to promote our brand and products
*Create short-form video content as needed for various social media platforms, such as Instagram Reels and TikTok
*Collaborate with our team to conceptualise and create visually compelling video content that aligns with our brand and messaging
*Stay up to date with social media trends and best practices, making recommendations for improving our video content strategy
*Manage video content assets and organise them for easy access by the team
Required Skills/Expectations:
*Proven experience as a video editor or social media content creator, with a portfolio that demonstrates your skills in video editing and production
*Experience editing podcasts and creating short-form video content for social media platforms
*Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
*Knowledge of social media platforms and their respective video formats and requirements
*Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work with a quick turnaround time
*Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
Required Equipment:
Laptop or computer
Excellent internet connection
Your own video editing software/subscriptions
Good quality web camera and microphone
Somewhere you can attend daily meetings if necessary in private
