Social Media Content Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Social Media Content Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and managing engaging content across our social media channels. This includes researching, writing, editing, and publishing content that aligns with our brand and resonates with our target audience. Additionally, the Social Media Content Manager will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing metrics to measure the effectiveness of our social media campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with our brand and resonates with our target audience
* Research, write, edit and publish content across social media platforms
* Collaborate with other teams such as creative, marketing, and branding to create cohesive campaigns
* Monitor and analyze metrics to measure the effectiveness of our social media campaigns and make recommendations for improvement
* Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media, and adapt our strategy as necessary
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute social media campaigns
* Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
* Manage the company’s social media accounts and post content
Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a Social Media Content Manager or similar role
* Experience using social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Buffer
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Experience with graphic design and video editing software is a plus
* Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics
* Strong analytical and project management skills
* Experience in a similar role, along with a proven ability to create engaging content
* A passion for social media and staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices.
