Part-Time Social Media Manager (20 hours per week)

**Job Description:**
We are seeking a creative and dynamic Part-Time Social Media Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing our online presence across various social media platforms. This position requires a commitment of 20 hours per week and offers the flexibility to work remotely.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Content Creation and Curation:** Develop, create, and curate engaging content for our social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and potentially others. Ensure content is aligned with our brand voice and business objectives.
2. **Social Media Strategy:** Implement and maintain our social media strategy, considering current trends and audience preferences. Regularly analyze and report on the performance of social media campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
3. **Community Engagement:** Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers in a timely manner. Foster a positive community and add value to users’ interactions with our brand.
4. **Collaboration:** Work closely with the marketing team to ensure consistency in messaging across various channels. Collaborate with other departments to promote overall brand through social media channels.
5. **Trend Monitoring:** Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies. Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy.
6. **Analytics and Reporting:** Analyze key metrics and compile reports on the performance of social media activities, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
**Qualifications:**
– Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
– Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices.
– Experience with social media analytics, including Google Analytics and Facebook Insights.
– Basic understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.
– Excellent writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation, and communication skills.
– Degree in Marketing or relevant field is a plus.
