Job Description – Marketing Manager & Admin Supporter
Sleuth – we equip parents with the data they need on symptoms, behaviors, and conditions so that they better understand and steer their child’s health and development.
Role & Responsibilities
** In this role you’ll spend most of your time in the role as marketing manager, and some of your time as an admin supporter (handling scheduling, digital file organization, some research).
Marketing Manager Role:
** Post 5-8 videos daily across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other channels by repurposing and editing long form video content provided by the team
** Maintain organized digital file system in Canva, Google Drive, iCloud
** Create, manage, and execute on social media calendar
** Pre-schedule email pitches for podcasts and PR related activity
** Manage scheduling of interviews, podcasts, IG lives, etc and track them
** Research podcast, PR, and influencer partnership opportunities that fit the brand
** Can take one piece of our existing content and create multiple content optimized for different social media platforms with little direction and supervision
** Constantly keep an eye on how to optimize content performance
** Create first draft of copy for social media posts
Admin Supporter Role:
** Documents: Create and manage internal and external documents in Google doc, Canva presentation, and spreadsheet
** Reports: Create, format, and present reports on social media engagement, etc. on Asana or trello
** Research: Conduct market research or find information online on a topic, product, or service
Skills:
** Enjoy content creation and optimizing content across different platforms
** Strong English skills
** Strong organizational and project management skills
** Well-versed in digital marketing tools + best practices
** You like to track your work and identify trends and patterns
** You have experience with LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram and have used social media tools to schedule and create lists of influencers to engage with
** Have strong experience with Trello, Asana, Jira, or other project management tools
** Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
** Experience editing video for social media
Requirements:
** 2+ year of experience in social media management demonstrating your ability to implement a social media strategy that aligns with the company’s overall marketing objective and achieve the target KPIs and audience
** 1+ years of admin experience
** 1+ years of experience in assisting a CEO / business owner
** Strong English skills
** Available to work Monday – Friday from 10am-2pm Eastern Time / 10pm-2am Philippine time
Tech Requirements:
** Computer – at least i5 or equivalent with 8gb RAM
** Internet Speed – At least 50 MBPS Download speed

Salary range: PHP25,000 – 38,000 monthly (guaranteed 20 hours weekly)
