This is a flexible-hours position. You may work any hours M-F, as long as you communicate well.

Awesome Outsourcing is seeking a creative and dynamic Social Media Content Creator to join our team. This role involves crafting engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook and Pinterest.

**Key Responsibilities:**
– Schedule and publish regular posts across social media platforms.
– Design visually appealing posts using Canva.
– Source and curate images that align with our brand voice and message.
– Monitor trends to create relevant and impactful content.
– Collaborate with our team to ensure brand consistency.

**Requirements:**
– Excellent written English skills
– 2 years of prior experience (or Bachelor’s in Marketing)
– Strong understanding of social media platforms.
– Proficiency in graphic design tools like Canva.
– Excellent organizational skills for effective post scheduling.
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

**What It Is Like Working For Me**
I do not micromanage. I like to train you and then get out of your way, so you can do your job. I am very understanding, but also expect the work to be completed. If you like to call out a lot for family emergencies or you not feeling well, this is not the job for you. I also require you to use hours tracking software with the ability to take screenshots every fifteen minutes, so I can troubleshoot issues where there is a problem.
