Inner Spark Coaching & Hypnosis is a Soul Enrichment coaching and hypnotherapy practice dedicated to helping individuals clear emotional patterns and personal habits that hinder them from reaching their maximum potential. Inner Spark’s mission is to empower people to lead full and desirable lifestyles by removing negative emotions through gentle yet effective techniques. Inner Spark’s focus is on emotional healing, spiritual growth, and mindfulness/meditation. Currently, I am the owner and sole operator. I have no employees.

Job Description:
I seek a creative and passionate Part-Time Social Media Content Marketer who likes to try new marketing ideas to grow followers and keep them engaged. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable and passionate about life coaching, hypnotherapy, or energy/holistic work fields. This role involves developing and implementing engaging social media content strategies that resonate with my audience and reflect my personality. Ideally, the candidate will invest time in understanding my personality and style to authentically represent me in the social media content. This job is for you if you are looking to be a part of helping a new small business grow. I hope to find someone who is just as passionate as I am to watch the growth of the business. If the candidate’s work proves effective, my goal is to offer this person additional hours. I am not social media savvy so would need someone who could provide insight and content ideas as to the most effective strategies for my industry. I want someone who will take the lead on social media marketing and give me suggestions and recommendations rather than someone who is more task-oriented in nature.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
Create, curate, and manage high-quality, engaging content that aligns with my brand voice and message.
Analyze social media metrics to track success and adjust strategies as needed.
Create and suggest ideas for promotional campaigns and content that support my programs and services.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing and the holistic wellness field.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in social media content marketing, preferably within the life coaching, hypnotherapy, or energy/holistic work fields.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
Fluent in English and able to write effectively in this language.
Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative and unique content ideas.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Familiarity with social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret data to optimize strategies.
Passion for personal development, emotional healing, and holistic wellness.
