Social Media Content Producer (Permanent Work from Home)

Job Description:
A Social Media Content Producer edits and produces content for our companies/brands and clients for social media.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Conducts content research
Consistently ideate and pitch fresh new creative concepts for social media posts
Perform editing of day-to-day content in the form of (but not limited to) daily photos, graphics, videos, and GIFs primarily for our social media channels, while following creative direction, interpreting ideas from both visual inspiration and written instruction
Collaborate with the Social Media team to understand deliverable expectations, communicate needs, provide updates on timelines, and problem-solve any issues that arise.
Assist in the planning and implementing everyday and long-term social media strategy and campaigns.
Manage multiple responsibilities to produce and deliver high-quality work according to schedule.
Responsible for doing the following: Graphic Design, Copywriting, Vector animation, Scriptwriting, Scheduling / Publishing Management, and Producing Reports
Handles onboarding and occasional online meetings with clients
Meets regularly with other members of the team to discuss progress and concerns
Performs ad-hoc requirements set by the department (additional client requests like phone testings, etc)
Reports directly to the Director of Strategy.

Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree holder of any related course is a plus but not required.
5-10 years related experience
Must have experience producing content for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.
Knowledgeable and well-experience in Graphic Design, Image Editing, Video Production/Editing, and Vector Animation Production/Editing
Must be analytical, and highly creative with a sense of humor
Has a superior Work Ethic / Trustworthy
Confident in communicating with clients over email and calls.
Should be a team player.
Must be FLUENT in spoken and written English.
Proficient in Google Workspace.
Skilled and proficient with the following software: Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, ChatGPT, etc.
Previous graveyard work experience preferred.
Must be able to work a night shift for 8 hours, Monday-Friday as we work on EST.

Home-Based Work Requirements:
Fast and reliable wired internet connection of not less than 25 Mbps and backup;
Updated computer (desktop or laptop), excellent quality headset with microphone and backup computer unit;
Backup power supply; and
A quiet, private home office that’s free from noisy backgrounds or distractions

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php30,000.00 – Php45,000.00 per month
