Social Media Content Researcher

I am currently looking for someone to research 20 PROVEN VIDEO topics for short-form content that I can create for next month inspired by example page below, but for Real Estate Marketing.

I post videos on Instagram about real estate marketing, or to be more specific, how realtors can monetize their social media following.

This means that I am looking for you to:

1. Find 10-15 FAMOUS REALTORS on SOCIAL MEDIA
2. Research their marketing funnels (how do they run ads, what content do they post, do they have free resources they give out, do they have a landing page or website that they offer something on)
3. Provide notes on how each realtor takes their viewers through their marketing funnel.

– Take a side on a topic – For Example: I HATE ORGANIC MARKETING, here’s why. (x5)
– Looking at TOP REALTORS MARKETING FUNNELS (x5)

I am looking for someone who can deliver a document with:

1. 20 ideas following the criteria above and are heavily researched.
2. Notes for topics that were researched (looking at marketing funnels, celebrity realtors)
3. EXTREMELY STRONG HOOKS. THEY NEED TO BE EXTREME.
4. What hashtags and captions I should use for each post
5. A few ideas of how I can grow my personal instagram page (sean4reels is the username)
