Job Description

The position is an Operations role to manage accounts by creating and posting content on business pages on META, Linked In, Google Business Profile, and other accounts. (This will be done using our platform in which those social media accounts mentioned are connected).

Duties and responsibilities

Using our platform and other AI content management and creation platforms, you will create and post content on businesses’s social media profiles. Report, troubleshoot, and use operations and procedures provided by the company including training, meetings, and daily communications.

– Generate, edit, publish, and share social media posts tailored for each specific social media platform
– Design and build social media posts with logos and messaging according to the guidelines of the business
– Utilize our platform and other AI tools such as chat GPT, custom GPTs, and others to generate post copy and emojis, other written content
– Customize 3rd party value-added content (reposting industry news, memes, and more)
– Assess social media accounts for performance (likes, follows, engagement)
– Invite visitors to like and follow the page
– Analyzing success and needs for improvement. I.e. what is getting used and what is getting
skipped in the product.
– Creating and maintaining a diversity of styles artistically while not losing the business’s tone.
– Able to pick up additional small projects and tasks for the betterment of the tool and the company.
– Creative projects as needed
– Attend all trainings, meetings, management requirements
– Participate in evaluations, provide feedback and get feedback, and implement learnings to improve.

Qualifications

Solution-focused media management and media creation.
Demonstrated ability to create contents for social media accounts.
Has experience with FB Ads as you will be boosting some accounts
Demonstrated ability to achieve and surpass goal/KPI’s
Work with a team, communicate effectively and regularly
Accept and provide feedback professionally
Provide regular reporting

Working conditions

As a remote company we expect our team to be able to work within an asynchronous working style, be available for meetings when they are agreed upon and fulfill the duties and requirements listed above.
