This ONE role is the perfect fit for someone who loves to strategise and develop social media and content marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness, engages positively with our community, and drives traffic to our launches and helps boost sales.

*Please note that this position is more than just creating and posting social media content! We’re looking for someone who drives positive relationships with our customers and our community, a strategic thinker for big marketing campaigns, be at the forefront of social media marketing trends and improving our launches!

As our Social Media Strategist, you will:

* Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase our web traffic, build brand awareness and achieve lead generation and launch opt-ins.
* Manage, create and publish authentic, high quality content on all our social media platforms (Facebook Page, Facebook Group, Instagram, Youtube, Tik Tok, Pinterest and Podcast).
* Repurpose content to maximise reach and engagement across multiple the platforms.
* Design creative, good looking graphics for social media posts based off our templates when necessary (i.e. design IG stories, launch promotions, masterclass content creation etc.)
* Stay up-to-date with Social Media platform best practices, trends and features (Facebook Page, Facebook Group, Instagram, Youtube, Tik Tok, Pinterest and Podcast).
* Repurpose video & audio content and create clips to share on social platforms using our content repurposing process (IG, FB, Tik Tok, Pinterest & YouTube)
* Develop and implement social media strategies for launches, community events, brand collaborations, etc.

As our Content Strategist, you will:

* Create and execute a blog content strategy to generate brand awareness, leads and sales
* Write, edit and publish engaging blog content that attracts our target audience
* Develop ideas for new blog posts, podcasts, utilising best SEO practices
* Create content for warming up audiences in the lead up to launches and building the list.

An idea of your responsibilities (not definitive)

* Repurpose content and create clips to share on social platforms (IG, FB, Tik Tok. Pinterest & YouTube)
* Creation and implementation of Quarterly social media plan
* Creation and implementation of launch social media plan (and calendar)
* Creation and implementation of social media calendars for each platform ()
* Weekly review and reporting on social performance shared in a digestible format for Tracy (engagement, top posts etc)
* Setting of monthly social media goals per platform (metrics to hit)

* You’re a natural at representing a brand in a personal, professional and friendly way. You love being the go-to person to respond to questions and communicate with anyone whether that’s a PR agent, a partner, a customer or another brand. You love helping and providing detailed and thorough responses in a genuine and personable way.
* You can create good looking marketing materials for social media. You’re great at creating engaging and eye-catching graphics for social media, as well as blog post images that are beautiful and on-brand.
* You are an eager learner – You seek opportunities to educate yourself on current trends and social platforms, you are able to take this information, present your strategy and execute within the business
* You’re flexible with meeting times. You don’t mind being present on early morning or late night meetings every other week. Our team is 100% remote which means being flexible with attending meetings in multiple time zones.

In a nutshell, we are looking for someone who has:

* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Passion for creative ideas, social media and content strategy
* Graphic design skills (you can navigate Canva to create beautiful graphics)
* The ability to identify target audience preferences and strategically build content to meet their needs
* Familiarity with WordPress and publishing blog posts
* Excellent multitasking and time-management skills
* Familiarity with SEO guidelines and keyword research tools (example: Google Keyword Planner)
* Previous experience in a Social Media & Content Strategist capacity and previous experience with launches.
