We are currently in the early stages of an exciting project and are looking for a creative and driven Social Media Manager who can independently build a content strategy, write excellent content and grow follower and engagement rates on company owner’s LinkedIn.
Please note that only candidates with PROVEN TRACK RECORD IN SOCIAL MEDIA CONTENT WRITING will be considered. We will want to see examples of the social media pages where you planned and executed content strategy that either brought followers or increased engagement rates.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about personal branding, solopreneurship, and self-development, with a knack for creating and planning engaging content in English. This role is crucial for building the owner’s personal brand and promoting our products through their LinkedIn presence.

Key Responsibilities:
– Develop Growth Strategies: Create and execute a growth strategy for building a personal brand on LinkedIn.
– Content Creation: Produce high-quality, long-term content focused on self-development and solopreneurship.
– Daily Engagement: POST DAILY on the LinkedIn profile of the company owner to maintain an active and engaging presence.
– Follower Interaction: ENGAGE with LinkedIn users (comments, messages) to increase profile visibility and followers.
– Monitor and Analyze: Monitor and analyze LinkedIn analytics to measure the success of content and campaigns.
– Profile Optimization: Administer and optimize the LinkedIn profile for maximum impact and visibility.
– Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with the latest LinkedIn trends and best practices.
Job requirements:
– Language: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
– Experience: Proven experience in social media management, LinkedIn preferred.
– Skills: Strong understanding of content planning, creation, and social media engagement strategies.
– Ownership: Ability to take responsibility, work independently and manage time effectively.
– Initiative: Knack for generating ideas and making things happen.
– Availability: You can commit to working 30-40 hours a week.
