Who You Are:

You passionately care about seeing your customers’ successfully grow patient numbers, followers, likes, direct messages and revenue.

The Role Purpose:

To stimulate and drive online traffic through outreach and engagement, creating engaging content, managing direct messages (DM’s), and ultimately increasing DM’s and bookings for our clients.

There are 4 Success Factors:
1. Increased Social Media Engagement by 10% a month.
This outcome focuses on achieving a higher level of interaction and involvement from the audience on social media platforms, including likes, shares, and comments.

2. Create Content on time and in full without errors.
Publish a mix of engaging content including informational posts, behind-the-scenes content, user-generated content features, and other content types. Expected volume of contents created is at least 24 high-quality posts per month across all social media platforms, consisting of 20 non-patient content and 4 patient content, tailored to client requirements.

3. Timely and Effective DM Management with a sub 5-minute response time.
This outcome emphasizes the importance of promptly responding to direct messages from followers and clients. The goal is to ensure that enquiries, feedback, and concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner, thereby enhancing customer satisfaction and engagement.
4. Enhanced Content Quality contributing to 10% increased social engagement each month. This outcome aims to elevate the quality of content shared on social media platforms to resonate better with the target audience. The goal is to produce compelling and engaging content that captures attention, drives traffic, and increases follower growth for the clients.

Tool Specific Requirements:
– Canva
– AI tools like ChatGPT and efficiently and effectively give prompts
– Google tools (drive, sheet, docs)
– Adobe Lightroom
– Meta Business Suite
– Facebook
– Instagram
– Google My Business
– Tiktok
– YouTube
– CRM (Go High Level preferred scheduling tools for publishing)
– Zoom

Qualifications:

– Minimum of 1 year of Social Media Management Experience for at least 3 clients.
– Preferably a bachelor’s degree in business, Science, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field (preferably from an international university).
– Highly proficient in spoken and written English.
– Experience with digital marketing, marketing automation, and CRM tools.
– Strong technical aptitude- Preferably experience in dental, medical or healthcare.
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
