Brand Guardian:

Maintain the essence of our brand voice and image online, ensuring all communications align with our values and guidelines.

Stay updated on the ever-evolving landscape of social media, including trends, platform updates, and community management best practices.

Engagement and Support Superstar:

Manage and nurture our Facebook groups, creating a space that feels like home for every member.

Respond to comments, messages, and questions with the warmth and care our community deserves.

Juggle interactions across five distinct brands (BariatricPal, Netrition, PatchAid, BariatricEating & LowAcidCoffee), ensuring each receives the attention and love it needs to thrive on all social media platforms.

Community Connection:

Play an integral role in monitoring our social media realms, watching for brand mentions and customer feedback, and sharing these insights with the team.

Collaborate closely with the Social Media Manager to amplify our presence, assisting with content creation to spice up our feeds and keep our audience engaged.

Data-Driven Insights:

Track key performance metrics across platforms to support the team and help us understand what sings to our audience’s soul.

Contribute to reports highlighting our wins and uncovering opportunities for growth and deeper connections.
