Job Description

Tasks and Responsibilities for Social Media Coordinator:
•Content Production: Create engaging posts and reels using existing content provided by the brand.
Ensure all content aligns with the brand’s messaging, tone, and visual aesthetics.
Collaborate with the brand owner to brainstorm new content ideas and concepts.
•Pinterest Management:
Repurpose existing and new Instagram posts to create pins for Pinterest.
Optimize pins with relevant keywords and descriptions to increase visibility.
Monitor Pinterest analytics to track the performance of pins and adjust strategies accordingly.
•Wellness Guides Production:
Utilize Canva templates to design visually appealing wellness guides as needed.
Incorporate provided content into the guides while maintaining brand consistency.
Ensure the guides are informative, easy to understand, and visually appealing to the target audience.
Content Curation and Repurposing:
Curate relevant content from external sources to share with the audience, adding value to the brand’s social media
presence.
•Repurpose existing content into different formats (e.g., blog posts into social media graphics, videos into blog posts) to
maximize its reach and impact. (The content will be provided)
•Content Calendar Coordination:
Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent posting across all social media platforms.
Coordinate with the brand owner to plan and schedule posts, reels, and Pinterest pins in advance.
Stay updated on relevant industry trends and holidays to incorporate into the content calendar.
Micro-Influencer Outreach:
Create a list of micro-influencers/bloggers and other brands for cross-promotional opportunities.
Reach out to potential partners to propose collaborations and negotiate terms.

The coordinator should also be able to:
Track key metrics such as engagement, reach, and follower growth using social media analytics tools.
Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
Prepare regular reports to share with the brand owner, highlighting performance and suggesting optimizations.
Keep abreast of the latest trends and updates in social media platforms.
Experiment with new features, formats, and trends to keep the brand’s social media presence fresh and engaging.
Provide recommendations to the brand owner on how to leverage emerging trends to enhance the brand’s social media
strategy.
Ensure all social media content adheres to the brand’s guidelines, including tone of voice, messaging, and visual identity.
Seek approval from the brand owner for any deviations from established brand guidelines.
