JOB DESCRIPTION – SOCIAL MEDIA COORDINATOR

Welcome Home Management is seeking an individual that possesses excellent analytical skills that allow them to simultaneously see the big and little picture. The successful candidate will be able to work well with others, in group environments, and as an individual, in addition to being able to function well in high-pressure environments while meeting deadlines. This applicant will have the ability to think fast on their feet, assess a situation, and take prompt action to execute. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must, along with adaptability, confidence, efficiency, precision, and organization skills.
The Social Media Coordinator will play an important role in strengthening the companies digital footprint as a means effectively market to our customers. You will take an active role in looking forward by being proactive in planning content and ensuring that there is a constant stream of written and video content going out on our channels on a regular basis. Furthermore, we hope that this team member will be one that takes great pride in their work and recognizes that the company’s growth will be mutually beneficial.
SOCIAL MEDIA & ONLINE MARKETING
• Social Media Management (Instagram/Facebook/Linkedin/YouTube)
• YouTube management, content creation, and video editing (VidIQ)
• Developing content, planning, post creation, replying to comments, campaign creation (research & ChatGPT)
• Blog Post creation, management and researching of topics
• Knowledge of graphic design (Canva)
• Creation of Google , FB and Instagram Ads
• Assist with current Marketing tasks, such as: Creating, Modifying and monitoring results of Drip campaigns. (Mailchimp)
• Help generate ideas for video content.
REQUIRED TECHNICAL AND PROFESSIONAL EXPERTISE:
College preferred.
Experience in a similar position is a plus, but not indispensable.
Advanced English level.
Great attention to detail.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Ability to effectively manage their time.
Experience with the digital tools outlined in this job description
Own a modern computer (i3 Processor or above, 8 GB RAM)
Internet speed (Download 20+ MB, Upload 5+ MB or above
