Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and savvy Social Media Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be directly supporting our Digital Marketing Specialist. Your primary role will be to post (already created) content, engage with our audience across all social media platforms, and drive sales through effective communication and relationship-building.
Key Responsibilities:
Posting on platforms: Ensure all posts are published accurately and timely, optimized for the best reach.
Engagement: Actively engage with followers on Bolt Farm’s social pages (Facebook Group, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, and LinkedIn). Includes inbound and outbound engagement.
Sales: Take people from interested to booked guests, and nurture your leads along the way.
Admin work: Update relevant trackers and guest notes in the CRM and analyze/report on social media analytics.
IG Stories: Create and post Instagram stories daily, working within a provided brand framework.
FB Group Management: Admit new members and actively engage in conversations within our Facebook group.
Moderation: Delete negative, nasty, spammy, or otherwise inappropriate comments.
UGC: Capture, download, and organize user-generated content from guests and influencers. Monitor tagged photos, hashtags, etc. to find the best content.
Review Management: Reply to positive reviews on Google, Facebook, and Trip Advisor, and follow SOPs for handling negative reviews.
Basic Website Updates: Perform basic website updates (no programming/coding experience needed).
Live Chat: Respond to inquiries on live chat, helping them book a reservation or book a call with our sales team.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in social media management and sales.
• Experience monitoring and reporting on social media analytics.
• Exceptional written communication. Ability to read people and use good judgment.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
