Social Media Coordinator (Flexible schedule, PT 15-20 hrs a week, opportunity to move to FT)

Position Overview:

We seek a creative and strategic Social Media/Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will develop and execute comprehensive social media and marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, engage our target audience, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and curate engaging content for our social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
-Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across social media platforms, fostering positive interactions with our audience.
-Plan and execute social media marketing campaigns to promote our products/services and drive traffic or sales.
-Track and analyze social media metrics and performance, providing regular reports and insights to inform strategy and decision-making.
-Monitor industry trends and social media conversations to identify opportunities for engagement and content creation.
-Collaborate with other departments, including operations and customer service, to ensure cohesive messaging and alignment of social media efforts with broader business objectives.
