Position Overview:
As a Social Media Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in connecting our organization with the community via social media platforms. Your primary responsibility is to interact with and foster relationships with other organizations as well as the public and potential new role is pivotal in sculpting our brand’s voice, enhancing our digital footprint, and nurturing meaningful connections across our social media landscapes.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
-Directing prospective leads into the DMs on each social platform for setters to take over on
-Replying to comments and engaging with followers on all social platforms
-Engaging in external groups and forums to drive traffic and leads to our social platforms.
-Carry out the brand voice across platforms
-Create like/know/trust relationships with followers
-Improve performance of posts through strategic engagement during posting times
-Create and lead new initiatives to drive brand awareness and growth
Please note that this remote position requires a commitment to continuous learning, improving, and refining your skills. Although we permit side gigs/work outside this role, it must not compete or overlap with the work we do, or interfere with your role and responsibilities within the team.

Qualifications:
Experience: At least 2 years of proven experience in social media management, community engagement, digital marketing, or a similar role.
Language Skills: Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with excellent communication skills. Proficiency in other languages is a plus.
Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.), analytics tools, and content management systems.
Cultural Sensitivity: Awareness and respect for cultural differences, with the ability to engage effectively with a global audience.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment and adjust outreach strategies in real-time based on analytics.
Collaboration: Experience working in a remote team, with excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative spirit.
