Responsibilities:
– Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engage with target audiences across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, newsletter etc.).
– Create compelling and visually appealing content, including text, images, videos, reels and infographics, to drive user engagement and promote our products, services, and events.
– Manage and maintain our social media accounts, monitor comments and messages, respond to inquiries, and foster meaningful interactions with our online community.
– Collaborate with our suppliers, and industry influencers to ensure consistent brand messaging and alignment with marketing campaigns.
– Design and implement effective electronic direct mailers (EDMs) using email marketing platforms, including content creation, list segmentation, and performance tracking.

– Stay up-to-date with industry trends, social media algorithms, and best practices, and provide recommendations to optimise our digital marketing efforts.
– Analyse social media and email marketing data to track performance, identify insights, and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.

Requirements:
– Proven experience in managing social media platforms for business purposes, including content creation, scheduling, and analytics.
– Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
– Proficiency in using design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva) to create visually appealing graphics and visuals.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to craft persuasive copy that aligns with brand guidelines.
– Experience in creating and managing electronic direct mailers (EDMs) using email marketing platforms.
– Familiarity with email marketing best practices, including list segmentation, A/B testing, and automation workflows.
– Highly organised with excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
