Job Title: Social Media Content Creator

Hours: Part-time (20 hours per week)
About Us:
At Hair Aid, we are passionate about connecting with our community and sharing our vision through various social media platforms. We are currently seeking a creative and dynamic Social Media Content Creator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is an expert in social media management, especially with platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok, and has a flair for creating engaging content.
Key Responsibilities:
Facebook Management: Actively manage our Facebook page by creating, scheduling, and posting content. Engage with our audience by promptly responding to messages and comments.
Instagram Oversight: Oversee and maintain our Instagram account. Responsibilities include content scheduling, account optimization, and troubleshooting any account issues. Liaising with Hair Aid as needed for content support.
Twitter and TikTok Creation: Initiate and develop our presence on Twitter and TikTok. This includes setting up the accounts, creating a content strategy, and regular posting to build engagement and followers.
Content Creation: Craft visually appealing and engaging content across all platforms. This includes creating unique ‘camper tiles’ (graphics or photo-based tiles) to maintain a cohesive and attractive aesthetic on all social media channels.
Strategy and Analytics: Monitor social media trends and analytics to adjust strategies as needed. Provide regular updates on the performance of each platform.
Collaboration: Work closely with our marketing team to align social media strategies with overall marketing goals.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Social Media Content Creator or similar role.
Expertise in managing Facebook, including content scheduling and community engagement.
Strong experience with Instagram, including account management and content creation.
Ability to set up and grow new social media accounts, particularly Twitter and TikTok.
Proficiency in creating visually appealing content, including graphics and videos.
Excellent communication and writing skills.
Familiarity with social media analytics and ability to adapt strategies based on data.
Self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
