**About the Role.**
As the Social Media Coordinator, it is their role to maintain all social channels, reposting, and driving the growth and engagement of the channels. The role is to drive growth by catering to each individual channel properly: Launching viral Pins on Pinterest, creating a natural and engaging page on Instagram, and ideating and launching great brand campaigns on social media. Due to our large organic reach, it is the Social Media Coordinator’s job to maintain the social media channels and nurture community within those channels. The ideal candidate LOVES social media, is excited about pushing cool brand campaigns, and is highly organized and analytical.
**Primary Responsibilities**
– Grow each individual social media platform, driving forward the growth and increasing engagement
– Responsible for maintaining Instagram, Pinterest, and Facebook – implementing the latest strategies to increase growth and engagement
– Perform research on current trends and audience preferences
– Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
– Define KPIs for social media campaigns & conduct analysis on their performance
– Report on growth and engagement
– Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos, Instagram Stories, and news) and maintaining []() for IG & Pinterest
– Reposting TikToks to [Pinterest](/TikTok-Pinterest-Reposting-Process-26fec8986c4a4b40b058535dfcca41ab), [IG Reels](/0da241d9d91c4f9e971dd2e841b0f8de), and FB Reels daily; maintain calendar
– Collaborate with other teams, like operations, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency during campaigns
– Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures, Instagram highlights)
– Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
– Organize giveaways with similar companies and maintain relationships with external brands
– Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
– Suggest social media campaigns that we can run on a monthly basis to support the Marketing Ops initiatives
– Maintain Social Media Calendar in the Marketing Ops Calendar
– Maintain Link in Bio to make sure that everything is up to date for any marketing campaigns

– 9AM–5PM ET, Monday–Friday
– 40 hours per week
