Social Media Coordinator and Assistant

We are a growing social media business and need help coordinating content, posting already-made content, and recycling made content onto other platforms. This involves Tiktok, Instagram, Youtube, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, and others. It will be your job to take content my team is making and execute on each respective platform. Along the way I will be teaching and helping you to optimize and eventually take on more responsibility.
Various administrative tasks and more hours will be given once earned. Hours will depend on how fast you work and amount of clients we have, but should be part time at first.
Ideal Candidate:
– Previous Social Meida Experience
– Able to learn quick. You will be expected to learn the general idea of our products and the common objections/responses within a week or 2.
– Proficient in English with little to no accent. You will be calling mainly US prospects
Must-Haves (DO NOT RESPOND IF YOU DO NOT MEET THESE)
– Attention to Detail
– Ability to follow directions (this will be tested)
– Desire to help to your clients
– Ability to convey excitement over the phone
– Good Listener
– Basic office skills – Microsoft excel, internet, email etc. All other tasks can be taught
– Ability to promptly respond to my messages during US Pacific Business hours.
– bonus points if you are already familiar with Figma, Canva, and Facebook Meta Suite.
