Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our social media accounts, creating engaging email campaigns, building marketing funnels, updating course information on Kajabi, ghostwriting content, and designing our website. If you are tech-savvy, creative, and have excellent communication skills, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Management:
– Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
– Create, schedule, and publish content across various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
– Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, and respond promptly.
– Analyze social media performance metrics and provide regular reports.

2. Email Marketing:
– Design and create compelling email campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or similar.
– Manage email lists and segment audiences for targeted campaigns.
– Track and analyze email campaign performance, making data-driven improvements.

3. Funnel Creation and Management:
– Build and manage marketing funnels to drive conversions and sales.
– Create landing pages, lead magnets, and opt-in forms.
– Monitor funnel performance and optimize for better results.

4. Kajabi Course Management:
– Update and maintain course content on Kajabi, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
– Upload new course materials, videos, and resources.
– Assist in creating and managing course launches and promotions.

5. Ghostwriting:
– Write and edit high-quality content, including blog posts, articles, ebooks, and social media posts.
– Ensure all content is consistent with the brand voice and style.
– Conduct research to support content creation and stay current with industry trends.

6. Website Design:
– Design and maintain the company website, ensuring it is visually appealing and user-friendly.
– Update website content regularly to reflect the latest information and offerings.
– Work with web development tools and platforms (e.g., WordPress, Wix, Squarespace).

7. Administrative Support:
– Provide general administrative support as needed.
– Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications:**

– Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.
– Proficiency in social media platforms and tools.
– Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact).
– Knowledge of marketing funnels and tools (e.g., ClickFunnels, Leadpages).
– Experience with Kajabi or similar course management platforms.
– Strong written and verbal communication skills.
– Excellent organizational and time management skills.
– Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
– Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
– Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva) is a plus.
– Experience in ghostwriting and creating content that aligns with brand voice and style.
– Proficiency in website design and management, with experience using web development tools and platforms (e.g., WordPress, Wix, Squarespace).
