Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our social media efforts. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing, strong organizational skills, and a knack for creative content creation. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Content Creation and Curation:

Develop engaging and creative content for social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Lemon8, and Pinterest.
Source and curate relevant content to share with our audience, ensuring it aligns with our brand voice and messaging.
Utilize Canva Pro to design visually appealing graphics, posts, and marketing materials.
Social Media Management:

Schedule and publish posts across various social media channels using scheduling tools.
Monitor social media accounts for engagement, respond to comments and messages in a timely manner, and interact with followers to build a community.
Track and analyze social media metrics to assess the performance of content and campaigns, providing regular reports and insights for improvement.
Brand Development:

Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive engagement.
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our strategies remain current and effective.

Campaign Support:

Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute social media campaigns, including giveaways, promotions, and special events.
Help create and manage advertising campaigns on social media platforms, optimizing for reach and engagement.

Administrative Tasks:

Maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and alignment with marketing goals.
Assist with other administrative tasks as needed, such as email management, scheduling meetings, and organizing files.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role, particularly in social media management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in using social media platforms and tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting.
Proficiency in using Canva Pro for graphic design and content creation.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Basic graphic design skills are a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with brands or influencers in the digital marketing space.
Knowledge of SEO and online marketing strategies.
Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate various time zones.
