If so, we have an excellent opportunity for you to join our team as a Social Media Customer Support for Tony Huge Social media channels. Our company is rapidly growing globally and we are seeking a new team member to help fuel our explosive growth across vertical social media platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube, Facebook and more. This role is fulltime and remote.

Job Description: As a Social Media Customer Support, your main role involves closely watching interactions with our audience to boost sales and grow our follower base on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok. You will also be tasked to find engaging content for Tony Huge’s social media channels. You will be key in crafting and implementing a content strategy that both educates and entertains our followers, offering them valuable insights by focusing on researching compelling content within the fitness and wellness sector.

Requirements:
Proven work experience in Social Media management
Strong knowledgeable to help customers and go the extra mile in providing customer queries.
Experience in the Fitness & Wellness industry is a plus
Customer service and sales service experience is a plus
Skills and Abilities:
Good communication and problem solving skills
Good adaptability and resourcefulness
In-depth knowledge and understanding of various social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices for brands.
Excellent storytelling and creative skills with the ability to produce engaging and viral content.
Strong understanding of social media trends, popular culture, and online communities.
Understanding of in video editing software (e.g., Canva, Cap Cut, Chat GPT, Submagic, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro)
Responsibilities:
Monitor interactions and messages closely to increase sales and expand our followers on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
Seek out engaging content that has the potential to go viral, focusing on what would suit Tony Huge’s channels.
Work with the content team to craft a detailed social media content strategy.
Research entertaining and informative content, understanding the target audience to create material they’ll connect with.
Blend research findings and enthusiasm into scriptwriting.
Team up with video producers, content editors, and the social media team.
