Position Overview:

As a Social Media Customer Support Specialist at ML OG, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining our online presence and ensuring top-tier customer support. Your primary responsibility will be to represent our clients’ brands on various social media platforms, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and actively engaging with our clients’ communities.

Responsibilities:

Monitor and promptly respond to customer inquiries and comments on our clients’ social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn).
Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding our clients’ products and services.
Effectively resolve customer issues, concerns, or complaints through social media interactions on behalf of our clients.
Create compelling and informative content to share with our clients’ social media audiences.
Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to address and resolve customer issues efficiently.
Proactively collect and analyze customer feedback and trends to enhance our clients’ products and services.
Uphold a positive and professional online presence while representing our clients’ brands.
Qualifications:

Exceptional English language skills at a C1 level or above.
Demonstrated experience in social media management and customer support.
Proficiency in using social media platforms and their features.
Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints with empathy and professionalism.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Detail-oriented and well-organized.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
A genuine passion for social media and digital marketing.
Compensation:

Initial compensation: 3% per hour.
Commission incentives based on performance:
Additional commission will be provided based on customer satisfaction metrics and productivity.
