Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Data Analyst to join our team with a strong focus on social media platforms. As a Social Media Data Analyst, you will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing data from various platforms, including Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, Lemon8, and more. By utilizing Supermetrics and Google Data Studio, you will provide valuable insights and recommendations to shape our social media strategies and optimize performance across these platforms. Responsibilities:

1. Data Monitoring and Analysis:
* Set up systems via Supermetrics and Google Data Studio to collect, organize, and analyze data from multiple social
media platforms.
* Establish dashboards and visualizations to effectively track and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) for organic
and paid social media campaigns, including reach, engagement, conversion rates, and audience demographics.
* Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in the data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.

2. Performance Optimization:
* Analyze social media campaign performance to identify areas of improvement and optimization.
* Collaborate with the social media team to develop data-driven strategies for content creation, posting schedules, and
audience targeting.
* Conduct A/B testing to evaluate the effectiveness of different approaches and provide optimization recommendations.

3. Reporting and Visualization:
* Utilize Supermetrics and other relevant tools to create comprehensive reports and visually appealing visualizations.
* Present data findings and performance metrics to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
* Develop dashboards and automated reports to provide real-time visibility into social media performance.

4. Industry and Platform Trends:
* Stay updated with the latest trends, best practices, and algorithm updates across various social media platforms.
* Monitor competitor activities and industry benchmarks to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.
* Provide insights and recommendations on emerging platforms and strategies to expand our social media presence.

5. Marketing Support:
* Assist with all aspects of podcast support, including guest research, guest qualification, preparation of show notes, and
follow-up as needed.
* Provide marketing support by preparing the Firebelly marketing report, which includes social media analysis, Search
analysis, Google Ads analysis, landing page analysis and more.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Data Analytics, Marketing, or a related field.
* Proven experience as a Data Analyst with a strong focus on social media platforms. In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Supermetrics and platforms such as Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, Lemon8, etc.
* Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL) and visualization tools (e.g., Google Data Studio, Tableau).
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to extract insights from complex data sets.
* Excellent communication skills to effectively convey data-driven recommendations to non-technical stakeholders.
* Detail-oriented mindset with a high level of accuracy in data analysis.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Knowledge of social media trends, best practices, and algorithmic changes.
* Familiarity with social media advertising and audience targeting is a plus.
