Social Media Design Manager

We are currently seeking a talented, creative, and dynamic Social Media Design Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is someone who has a deep understanding of the current social media landscape, graphic design principles, and strategies for engaging audiences in creative and impactful ways. As our Social Media Design Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy in order to increase our online presence and improve our marketing efforts.

Responsibilities:

– Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc).
– Define and track relevant social media KPIs.
– Manage and oversee all aspects of social media content creation, from concept to execution.
– Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and product development teams to ensure brand consistency.
– Stay up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends.
– Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative, appealing, and in line with our brand identity.
– Measure the success of each social media campaign and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to highlight these successes.
– Provide constructive feedback to the design team to constantly improve and evolve our social media strategy.

Qualities We’re Looking For:

– Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
– Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
– Strong understanding of graphic design principles and proficiency with design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite.
– Excellent multitasking skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
– Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively and on-the-fly.
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
– Detail-oriented and driven with the ability to manage projects from inception to execution.
– A degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media, Public Relations, or relevant field.
