My name is Gary Das, and I run Active Success, a global business consultancy and mentoring company and Active Mortgages, a mortgage broker based in the UK.

I am looking for a reliable, diligent, kind and hardworking professional to join my fantastic team. The ideal person would be someone who wants to secure monthly income, every month, working with a nice, hardworking and brilliant team, working on assignments that my team and I send through to you.

About Me
Gary is a proven entrepreneur, having built multiple large companies. Gary started Active Mortgages 17 years ago and is growing Active Success into a global 7 figure business consultancy and mentoring business.
Gary is now scaling his own personal brand to help other business owners and entrepreneurs, educating them about business and personal development.
Gary has significantly grown his followers across 3 brands and all social channels month on month, with a team of 5 people who help him develop his content and grow his brands.
Gary is very keen on his team members developing and improving and always wants to provide an amazing work experience.
Your Role
The work has two elements to it:
Design and production of creative assets for social media websites: – focus on LinkedIn infographics, carousels, and cheat sheets, Instagram graphics and carousels.
And
Social Media Management, Posting to social media, Liking and commenting on other people’s posts that we designate (speaking in Gary’s voice), Commenting on Gary’s own posts to encourage additional engagement
Essential Skills for the role:
Strong written English communication skills
Very strong attention to detail
Positive “can do” attitude and willingness to take on tasks of any size and learn lots of new things!
Willing to work hard and want to grow professionally.
Pay:
$6+ an hour for full time work (40+ hours / week)
I am looking for a full-time employee.
If the candidate is successful, there will be opportunities for pay rises and bonus’ depending on performance.
Perks:
You control your own time. I only expect that you meet all agreed deadlines and ask that you are available online for meetings/calls with my team each day between the hours of 12:00hrs – 14:00hrs GMT/BST.
