We are looking for a dedicated Social Media Designer to join our marketing department. As a Social Media Designer, you will be working closely with other creative professionals on developing and implementing attractive social media campaigns and strategies. However, your main duties will include creating engaging and visually appealing content for our social media platforms, developing posts, pages, and applications, and optimizing the company’s website and social media platforms.
A PERFECT CANDIDATE FOR US:
— Strong knowledge of social media
— Exceptional graphic and web design skills
— Outstanding communication, creativity, organization, and collaboration skills.
— Work experience in similar positions (Graphic Designer, Social Media Assistant, etc)
— Knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc
— Exceptional design and creative skills
— Has the discipline to work from home
— Is a team player willing to help other team members if necessary
WE ARE NOT LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:
— Is not coachable
— Refuses to follow rules and set procedures
— Hates accountability and reporting
— Only wants to dedicate a few hours a day while they focus on something else on the side
— Thrives on drama and team politics.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
— Create engaging and visually appealing content for social media platforms
— Measure and monitor key performance indicators and conduct social media research to understand the audience’s needs
— Maintaining editorial calendars and scheduling posts to increase visibility
— Develop pages and posts to appeal to the target audience
— Brainstorm ideas for posts with clients and create graphics, visuals, and videos to accompany them
— Collaborate with Social Media Manager and other professionals to develop campaigns on social platforms
— Establish and implement strategies for driving and increasing online traffic
— Conduct social media research to gather ideas and understand the audience’s needs
— Monitor and optimize the company’s website and social media pages
— Follow editorial calendars and schedule posts to increase visibility
— Ensure online content complies with the company’s image and standards
REQUIREMENTS
— B2 or higher English level
— You must be proactive, excited about the opportunity to work with our firm, and dedicated
— Available to work full time (8 hours flex inside North-American business hours)
— Fast internet, quiet work place
— High level of organization and ability to prioritize
— Self-management and initiative
— Telegram account
