Social Media & Digital Content Manager

Are you highly motivated and detail-oriented? A Social Media/Digital Content Manager is needed to attract clients to our social confidence coaching programs.

You will play a critical role with initial client touchpoints and client acquisition, including social media, the creation of ads and retargeting, Kajabi website updates, and making each social media account scroll-stopping and impactful.
The ideal candidate should speak and write fluent English, and bring exceptional communication skills, strong organizational abilities, efficient time management, and a robust work ethic to the table.

Your key duties will encompass:

1. Video Editing/Posting: You will be responsible for editing, adding text, written descriptions, hashtags, backgrounds, and enhancements to pre-produced videos so they POP on screen and posting them to specific social media sites daily.

2. Kajabi Website Updates: Transfer current website to a new, Kajabi template and ongoing updates as needed.

3. Social Media Short and Long-Form Content: Generate ideas and posts for Instagram and Linkedin that align with the company’s core niche and mission. Create Facebook/Instagram ads and retarget.

4. Podcast Editing: Editing weekly podcast in Audacity or your editing platform of choice.

5. Lead Magnet Creation: Involves taking pre-produced content and creating the visual package that the client experiences when they see, download, and purchase the content.

Previous experience is not required in each of the aforementioned areas, and a desire to learn is highly valued. Ideal candidates are focused, driven, and dedicated to a job done well and with pride.
