Position Overview:
We are looking for a results-driven Social Media Marketer and SEO Specialist who is passionate about digital marketing and social media. As a Social Media Marketer and SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that align with our business goals, improve search engine rankings, engage our target audience, and drive brand awareness. You will be working independently and with our team.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to align with our business goals and target audience.
• Optimize social media profiles and content for search engines to improve visibility and rankings.
• Conduct keyword research and analysis to inform social media content creation and optimization.
• Create engaging and visually appealing content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Manage social media accounts, including scheduling and publishing posts, monitoring comments and messages, and responding in a timely manner.
• Conduct regular social media audits and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our social media presence remains innovative and effective.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with other marketing initiatives and ensure consistent messaging across channels.
• Monitor industry trends and competitors’ social media activities to identify opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
• Cultivate and nurture online communities, foster engagement, and build brand loyalty.
• Manage social media advertising campaigns, including ad creation, targeting, and performance tracking.
• Provide regular reports and insights on social media performance and progress toward goals.
• Conduct on-page and off-page SEO audits and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Conduct backlink analysis and develop link-building strategies to improve search engine rankings.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our SEO strategies remain effective.

Requirements:
• Proven work experience as a Social Media Marketer and SEO Specialist or similar role.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and trends.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in content creation, including copywriting and visual design.
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools and SEO tools.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently and with our team.
• Flexible and adaptable to changes in social media algorithms and SEO strategies.
• Knowledge of SEM and PPC and retargeting advertising is a plus.
