ACRE Partner is seeking a highly skilled Social Media Manager to join our innovative team and elevate our online presence. This role is pivotal in engaging with clients, promoting our real estate media consulting services, and managing dynamic content across our social platforms.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to gather and publish testimonials and create compelling case studies.
• Spotlight client projects, ensuring their visibility and showcasing our impact within the real estate industry.
• Curate and repost 3-5 pieces of relevant content daily across platforms to engage our audience and enhance our brand’s presence.
• Collaborate with a team of video editors, coordinators, and consultants within our Real Estate Media Mastermind Consulting Program.
• Implement social media funnels to optimize our marketing strategies and lead generation.
• Engage the community with daily Instagram Stories, including community member highlights, client success stories, and interactive content.
• Organize and announce workshops, mastermind sessions, and special events, ensuring active follow-up on leads.
• Regularly create and share engaging, humorous, and educational content to maintain ongoing community engagement.
• Take initiative in creating and leading new social media campaigns that align with our business goals.
• Build out comprehensive marketing campaigns that integrate various channels, including social media, email marketing, and lead magnets.
• Assist in creating lead magnets and other resources to attract and retain clients.
• Help develop and execute email marketing strategies to reach potential and existing clients, including crafting newsletters, automated email sequences, and mass communications.
• Coordinate with the team to organize both internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and external marketing resources and assets.
• Manage and update marketing collateral, ensuring consistency and alignment with our brand messaging.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role with an emphasis on real estate or media industries.
• Strong understanding of social media funnels and online engagement strategies.
• Experience working with teams, particularly in coordinating with video editors and other media professionals.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently on project development and take initiative.

Preferred Skills:
• Experience in web development (e.g., Wix) and design skills, including proficiency in Canva.
• Experience with digital marketing analytics and tools.
• Experience with email marketing platforms and CRM systems.

Additional Activities:
• Post and manage interactive content such as house comparisons, ratings, and giveaways.
• Share and repost old content for ongoing engagement and highlight video and photo of the week.
• Engage actively with the community through questions and interactive posts, enhancing audience participation.
