Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Social Media and Digital Marketing Specialist who embodies the Blaze energy in Wealth Dynamics. This individual will be responsible for managing our social media platforms, creating compelling content, driving engagement, and executing digital marketing campaigns that amplify our brand presence. The ideal candidate is a natural communicator, thrives in dynamic environments, and has a knack for creating engaging digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase our web traffic and brand awareness.
Manage and oversee social media content on platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others.
Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization.
Content Creation:
Create, edit, and publish engaging content daily (text, images, videos).
Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and develop site content, style, and layout.
Ensure all content aligns with brand voice and guidelines.
Video Editing:
Edit and produce high-quality videos for various social media platforms.
Work closely with the content team on storyboarding and video concepts.
Copywriting:
Write compelling and creative copy for social media posts, advertisements, and email campaigns.
Ensure all copy is clear, attractive, and on-brand.
Campaign Management:
Plan and execute social media and email marketing campaigns.
Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Design and implement lead generation strategies and manage lead magnets.
Engagement:
Engage with our audience, respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.
Create and manage interactive content like polls, Q&A sessions, and live streams.
Foster a strong online community and build relationships with followers, potential customers, and influencers.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
Excellent knowledge of Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and other social media best practices.
Strong understanding of SEO, web traffic metrics, and analytics.
Proficiency in content creation tools and video editing software.
Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.
Creativity and a keen eye for detail.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
Familiarity with project management tools like Asana and communication tools like Slack.
