Job Title: Editor (Real Estate Social Media)

Company: Vizible – Social Media Management Services (Specializing in Real Estate)

We are seeking a highly creative and skilled Editor to join our team and produce high-quality social media content for our real estate clients. We have clients in other industries too like self-improvement, authors, contractors, dancers. The ideal candidate will have experience editing TikTok videos, YouTube videos, and Instagram Reels, with a focus on real estate content. If you have experience editing content in other industries too, that’s a bonus.

Responsibilities:

Edit and produce engaging TikTok videos, YouTube videos, and Instagram Reels for real estate agents and properties
Add b-roll, captions, and trendy edits to enhance the visual appeal and storytelling of the content
Ensure that all content is visually appealing, on-brand, and aligned with our clients’ marketing strategies
Work closely with real estate agents and photographers to gather footage and resources for videos
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in real estate content creation and social media platforms
Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to align social media efforts with overall business goals
Monitor and analyze social media analytics to inform future strategy and make data-driven decisions

Requirements:

Preffered Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
2+ years of experience in video editing and social media content creation, with a focus on TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram Reels
Strong portfolio showcasing your editing skills and real estate content
Excellent attention to detail and visual storytelling skills
Proficient in adding b-roll, captions, and trendy edits to enhance the visual appeal and storytelling of the content
If you have video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, that’s a plus!
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong knowledge of real estate and a passion for creating engaging real estate content
