We are seeking a skilled and organized Social Media Engagement Officer/EA (WORK FROM HOME) to join our dynamic family.

Responsibilities:

• Be our social media ambassador! Monitor and respond to inquiries and messages on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn in a timely and professional manner, ensuring excellent customer service for leads, clients, or members.
• Unleash your creativity! Craft engaging scripts and captions for various purposes, including customer service responses, marketing materials, captivating Facebook Reels/Instagram Stories, and other communication channels.
• Stay ahead of the curve! Conduct research and gather information for guest speakers and industry trends related to Mergers & Acquisitions and the financial sector in the US.
• Expand our network! Initiate communication, collaborate with, and schedule potential guest speakers for our business mentoring program.
• Use “iamyourockstar” as the email subject when applying.
• Master the art of communication! Manage incoming and outgoing email messages efficiently, providing prompt and professional responses.
• Embrace innovation! Be open to learning and implementing AI tools to streamline tasks.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an Email/Social Media Specialist, Executive Assistant, Content Writer (experience working with US clients is a plus!)
• Strong foundation in scripting or copywriting, crafting social media content, and managing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), and email accounts.
• Impeccable written and verbal communication skills – you’ll be the voice of our brand!
• Tech-savvy – proficiency in Outlook, Google Suite, Trello, Slack is a must. (Knowledge Mighty Networks and JustCall is a plus!)
• A messaging maestro – adept at managing inquiries across various platforms with professionalism and a focus on timeliness.
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and scheduling skills.
• Juggle like a pro – ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively is key.
