Hi, we’re looking for someone who specializes in social media engagement growth. The business is a bakery inspired by flavors from back home in Hawaii. It is based in Orange County, California, and has two locations. The platforms we want to focus on are Instagram, Facebook, and Tik Tok. We would love to find someone that can grow to take on more responsibility and hours and also work with us for a very long time. This is an investment for us just as it is for you, and we want the fit to be right.

Learn our brand inside and out
Have a thorough knowledge of Instagram
Come up with digital growth strategies
Respond to people that reach out via Instagram, Facebook, or Tik Tok
Connect with local influencers
Join FB groups that pertain to our offering
Look for events and festivals that we can participate in
Reach out to local businesses and schools to facilitate catering and fundraisers
Comment on other people’s posts
English will need to be near perfect as you will be writing captions
