Community by LiveRecover is seeking dynamic and dedicated Social Media Engagement Specialist to join our remote team. We specialize in comment moderation and engagement, ensuring our clients’ social media presence is always active, responsive, and aligned with their brand voice. This role involves monitoring, responding to, and engaging with comments on Facebook and Instagram ads and posts.
As a Social Media Engagement Specialist, you will be the voice of our clients’ brands on social media, ensuring active and responsive engagement with their audiences. Your primary responsibility will be to monitor, respond to, and engage with comments on Facebook and Instagram ads and posts, adhering to brand voice standards.
**Responsibilities:**
– Monitor and engage with comments on Facebook and Instagram ads and posts in real-time.
– Ensure responses align with the brand voice and messaging.
– Manage and remove spam, offensive comments, and trolls.
– Maintain an active and responsive presence on social media platforms (8 AM-9 PM EST).
– Work collaboratively with the team to improve engagement strategies.
**Qualifications:**
– Excellent written communication skills in English.
– Experience in social media management or community engagement.
– Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
– Familiarity with Meta (Facebook and Instagram) platforms.
– Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
– Availability to work shifts according to USA EST time zone (night shift for the Philippines).

**Working Hours:**
– Schedule: Full-time position requiring a 5-day work week on USA EST time zone (night shift for the Philippines).
– Shifts Available:
– Morning Shift: 8 AM – 4 PM EST
– Evening Shift: 4 PM – 12 AM (midnight) EST
– Weekend Availability: Preferred.
**Compensation Range:**
– $450-$500/month based on experience.
