Social Media Engagement Specialist

City Beauty is currently looking for a social media engagement specialist to join our team. As a social media engagement specialist you will be responsible for mentoring and responding to social media ad comments and replying to customer DMs on all social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, ect.) throughout the week (weekends may be required). This includes prioritizing influencer ad comments to hide negative comments and answer any questions. You will also keep templates up to date by adding new links and adding new templates for FAQs. In addition, you will monitor all online review sites weekly to ensure our ratings stay above 4 stars.

Job Duties:
-Monitor Social Media Ad Comments (Facebook, Instagram, ect.)
-Engage with positive comments and feedback – reactions
-Filter through negative comments posted within a 24 hour period
-Monitor and respond to all Comments and DMs on Social Accounts (Facebook, Instagram, ect.)
-Keep templates updated and optimized
-Monitor all online review sites weekly
-Log and report customer feedback – examples will be provided

Qualifications:
-You need to have refined messaging skills and sensibility around communicating in an engaging way on social media.

-Solid English speaking, writing and comprehension skills
-Ability to follow directions
-Ability to multitask & prioritize
-Self-motivation and strong work ethic
-Open and honest communication skills – daily reporting logs may be required
-Successful social media experience
-Well developed time management skills

-The ability to work with minimal supervision when required
