Job Summary:
The Social Media Engagement Specialist position is a core member of the Marketing Team who is responsible for both the scheduling of content and graphics across different online platforms and engaging to drive leads to social media profiles and opt-in pages.
In this position, you’ll be taking our copy and graphics and scheduling or posting in real time on the different social media platforms. You’ll drive traffic to our Instagram profile by searching for an engagement with coaches and holistic practitioners on their profiles. You’ll share our long-form social posts and free giveaway offers in many different Facebook groups and then respond with the links to the opt-in pages. You’ll also post short-form videos on different platforms using the style of the native caption.
You must have strong technical skills in working with all of the different social media platforms. You must have a strong knowledge of social media distribution for maximum marketing results with attention to detail as you scrutinize each content piece.
This position is ideal for someone who loves working with social media, has exquisite attention to detail, and loves engaging and connecting with others on social media.
Tasks for this Role:
Upload raw content to Trello Board for 4 categories
>> IG/FB biz/LI/YT/Twitter
>> FB personal/IG/FB biz stories
>> FB personal
>> CHP group
Schedule all social media posts, reels, and stories across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube
Create graphics through Canva when needed
Ping with reminders when deadlines aren’t met
Confirm pic to use
Crop to square and add Thrive logo
24 Day Challenges – updating the document and scheduling
Engagement during Challenges
Engagement during Summit
Experiences You Must Have:
Posting across different social media platforms such as FaceBook, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Twitter.
Organizing and managing all social media marketing while meeting all deadlines
Skills and Qualities:
Strong English skills, understanding the nuance of emotion and tone
Precise and detail-oriented, great with social media
Clear-headed, quick-thinking and graceful in high-pressure situations
Fast learner
Ability to prioritize tasks and complete them in a timely manner

Requirements:
Part-Time position at 20-30 hrs per week during PST time
High-speed internet connection with backup service to minimize interruptions
Personal computer
Available for meetings at 9am US PST time zone on Mondays and Wednesdays as needed
Excellent English verbal and written skills
Minimum of 3 years social media experience
Compensation:
$6-9 USD per hour to start with a review at 90 days
