Job Description
Immediate opening for a Full-time (100% WFH) social media specialist within the subsidiary of CMC Groups. This position is for someone who has exceptional verbal and writing skills and can multitask, has strong organizational skills, pays attention to detail, and works under minimal supervision. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp and understanding of all popular social media platforms and basic video editing skills. Ability to tackle tasks on command.

The current position is working with our largest client in the telecom real estate industry. We develop personal and professional relationships with customers on behalf of our clients. We are expanding and are building a development center in the Philippines for 2024.

Other Requirements

• Maintain high standards of confidentiality of all employee records and customer information.

• Access to a reliable high-speed Internet connection.
• Latest-model computer (preferably Core i3 or higher, and at least 8GB ram)
• Available for scheduled and ad-hoc calls/meetings/chats during weekdays working.
• Quiet workspace

Responsibilities

• Manages our social media presence across the board such as FB, IG, Twitter, YouTube and internal platforms and conduct research on trends to identify new opportunities for our partner’s needs.
• Must have basic Video editing and Photoshop experience along with marketing background in social media platforms
• Follow up on inquiries and offer solution-based responses and keep track of running statistics to improve service
• Increase active engagement percentages for various platforms through proper use of budget allocated
• Creating new threads that drives more traffic to the company’s sites through new content creation
• Drive new subscribers and followers to the company’s sites
* Respond to IG info requests through out the day by directly engaging and converting inquiries into opportunities
• Support senior management with special projects through direct online sales opportunities and digital campaigns
• Work hours are weekdays from 8 am to 12 pm Pacific Standard Time (12mn – 4 am Manila Time), need to be flexible with hours worked throughout different parts of the day

Salary and Benefits

• 175 PHP hourly rate
• Full Time Status after 3 months of probation
• Possible Discretionary and annual performance bonus
