We are seeking a Social Media Engagement Specialist to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in connecting with our online audience in a genuine, authentic, and engaging manner. As the voice of our brand on social media, you will be responsible for crafting and delivering meaningful comments on posts across various platforms to foster community growth, strengthen brand loyalty, and drive positive interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop a Deep Understanding: Dive into the client’s brand identity, values, and voice to effectively mirror and embody it in all interactions on social media.

Engage Authentically: Proactively engage with users by responding to comments on our posts, as well as comments on related posts, in a manner consistent with the client’s voice and values.

Promote Positivity: Create a welcoming and positive online environment by fostering constructive discussions, addressing questions, and resolving issues courteously and professionally.

Content Insights: Use data and analytics to gain insights into what type of content generates the most engagement and tailor your responses accordingly.

Community Building: Initiate and participate in conversations relevant to our brand or industry, helping to grow our online community and connect with influencers and potential partners.

Stay updated with social media trends, industry news, and emerging conversations to identify opportunities for engagement and relevant comments.

Content Suggestions: Collaborate with the content team to suggest ideas for content that will encourage audience engagement and discussion.

Qualifications:

Proven experience managing and engaging with social media communities on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.

Excellent written communication skills with a knack for adopting various tones and voices.

Strong understanding of social media etiquette and trends.

Ability to work independently and make real-time decisions in line with the client’s voice and values.

Experience with social media analytics and monitoring tools is a plus.

A genuine passion for the client’s industry or field is preferred.
