We’re a rapidly expanding e-commerce company that specializes in dropshipping, primarily from China. With our business booming on Facebook, we’re on the hunt for a passionate and dynamic individual to engage effectively with our Facebook advertising global audience.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Community Engagement:

Actively engage with users in the comments, likes, or shares of our ads.
Address customer queries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.
Maintain and uphold the brand’s voice and image in all interactions.
Escalate and report critical issues or feedback to the relevant departments.
Monitor community sentiment, providing regular feedback to the marketing team.

Translation & Communication:

Utilize translation tools to interact with audiences in various languages, ensuring clear and accurate communication.
Maintain a high standard of written English for global and internal communications.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field.
At least 1-2 years of experience in social media advertising or community management.
Proficient in English, both written and spoken. (Mandatory)
Familiarity with translation tools and software. (Desirable)
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide insights. (Mandatory)
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. (Mandatory)
Passionate about e-commerce and digital marketing.
