Job Description:

As a Social Media Engagement Team Member at The Price Group, you will be responsible for actively engaging with our audience on various social media platforms to build relationships, foster discussions, and ultimately convert engagements into appointments for our recruiting team members. You will be a key player in enhancing our brand’s online presence and helping us connect with potential clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

Community Engagement: Monitor and engage with comments, messages, and mentions across our social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.

Conversational Excellence: Respond to inquiries and comments with professionalism, empathy, and excellent communication skills, ensuring a positive and engaging experience for our audience.

Content Promotion: Share relevant content, blog posts, job openings, and updates to encourage interaction and provide value to our followers.

Lead Generation: Identify potential leads and opportunities by understanding the needs and interests of our social media followers, and convert them into appointments for the recruiting team.

Data Analysis: Monitor engagement metrics and use data-driven insights to refine engagement strategies and improve conversion rates.

Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and recruiting teams to align social media engagement efforts with overall business goals and campaigns.

Community Building: Proactively contribute to building and nurturing an active and supportive online community around our brand.

Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, social media best practices, and emerging platforms to stay ahead of the curve.

Qualifications:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Experience in social media management and community engagement is a plus.
Knowledge of social media platforms and their unique features.
A customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
Results-driven with the ability to meet and exceed engagement and conversion goals.
Attention to detail and the ability to maintain a consistent brand voice.
Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools is an advantage.
