Job Overview:
We are seeking a creative and proactive Social Media Executive to join our team. This role is crucial for managing and enhancing our social media presence across various platforms. You will be responsible for creating engaging content, interacting with our audience, and analyzing social media performance to drive engagement and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute social media strategies for various companies within the JLOW Holdings Group.
• Create content in line with brand guidelines for LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Schedule and publish engaging content across multiple social media platforms.
• Monitor and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner to foster a positive community.
• Analyze social media metrics and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and alignment with overall marketing strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
• Create and submit a monthly report detailing social media performance, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
Weekly Tasks:
• Create 6 posts per week for each channel (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook) in line with brand guidelines.
• Add all content to the scheduling tool.
• Develop content ideas.
• Weekly reporting.
KPIs:
• 6 posts per week on all channels.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote working environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) is a plus.
• Previous experience in a remote working environment.
• Familiarity with social media advertising and paid promotions.
