Position: Social Media Executive / Team
Responsibilities:
– **Content Creation:** Produce high-quality, engaging content including reel video edits, graphics, and written posts tailored to our niche in finance.
– **Graphic Design:** Create visually appealing graphics to accompany social media posts, ensuring brand consistency.
– **Engagement:** Actively engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and fostering meaningful conversations.
– **Community Building:** Develop and execute strategies to build and nurture our online community.
– **Prospecting:** Identify and reach out to potential partners, influencers, and opportunities for collaboration.
– **Account Growth:** Implement strategies to increase followers, engagement, and overall presence across various social media platforms.
– **Administrative Skills:** Manage social media calendars, track analytics, and provide regular reports on performance.
– **Tech-Savvy:** Stay up-to-date with the latest AI and content software, ensuring we are leveraging the best tools available.
– **Trend Awareness:** Keep abreast of current trends in social media, finance, and digital marketing to keep our content fresh and relevant.
– **Digital Products:** Assist in the creation and promotion of digital products that align with our brand and audience needs.
– **Brand Building:** Work closely with the founder to enhance and grow the personal brand.
Requirements:
– **Experience:** Proven experience in social media management, particularly within the finance niche.
– **Skills:** Expertise in video editing, graphic design, engagement strategies, and community building.
– **Communication:** Fluent in written and verbal English, with excellent communication skills.
– **Tools:** Proficiency with AI and content creation software, as well as social media management tools.
– **Initiative:** A proactive and creative thinker who can bring new ideas to the table.
– **Results-Driven:** Demonstrated ability to grow social media accounts and engage audiences effectively.
Position Details:
– **Type:** Full-time
– **Hours:** 8 hours per day, 5 days a week
– **Location:** USA-based company
– **Pay Range:** $500 to $1,000 per month, depending on experience
