Create compelling and engaging copy for social media posts that align with our brand voice and resonate with our audience.
Plan and schedule social media content in advance, ensuring a consistent presence and timely delivery of posts.
Monitor and analyze social media trends, user engagement, and key metrics to optimize content performance and identify opportunities for growth.
Collaborate with our creative team to source or create visually appealing assets that complement the social media content.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to drive innovation and improve our social media presence.
Manage social media advertising campaigns, including audience targeting, budget allocation, and performance tracking.
Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
Monitor and manage social media influencers and partnerships to amplify our brand reach and generate authentic content.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a track record of growing social media accounts and increasing engagement.
In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices for organic and paid reach.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create captivating copy and convey our brand identity effectively.
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and metrics, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
Proficiency in using social media management tools and platforms to schedule posts, analyze performance, and manage advertising campaigns.
Creative mindset with an eye for design and aesthetics to curate visually appealing content.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with broader marketing initiatives.
Strong organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
