Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Manager/Marketer to lead our social media strategy and execution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content, growing our social media presence, and driving brand awareness, engagement, and conversions across various social media platforms. The Social Media Manager/Marketer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement creative campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and stay updated on industry trends to optimize our social media efforts.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to align with company goals and objectives.
Create engaging and shareable content for social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others, that resonates with our target audience.
Manage and maintain a consistent brand voice and aesthetic across all social media platforms.
Plan and schedule social media posts, ensuring timely and relevant content delivery.
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
Cultivate and nurture relationships with social media influencers and brand advocates to amplify our brand reach and engagement.
Create necessary visual graphics and content.
Stay updated on social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to drive innovation and creativity in our social media campaigns.
Analyze social media performance metrics, including engagement, reach, and conversions, and use insights to optimize content and strategy.
Generate monthly regular reports on social media performance, trends, and key insights to share with stakeholders.
Create a realistic project timeline.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Social Media Manager/Marketer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns and content.
In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
Excellent copywriting and editing skills, with the ability to craft compelling and engaging content tailored to different social media channels and audiences.
Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms, such as Buffer, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar tools.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think outside the box and generate innovative ideas for social media content and campaigns.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Experience with paid social media advertising and campaign management is a plus.
Experienced generating monthly social media performance report.
