Hi there,

We are a marketing agency in Australia working with Restaurants, Bars, Cafes and food businesses and we create marketing work like emails, sms, poster designs, social media posts and automations for them.

We are looking for someone to competently take over the social media posting for our business and the personal brand of our owner, as well as take on some of the clients social media posting and engaging.

NOTE: If you haven’t got a proven record of managing multiple English speaking accounts and growing them and the confidence to really own this role and tell the boss what you need to hit your targets – don’t apply.

You won’t be micromanaged or told what to do every day.

Instead you will have targets to hit and you will be the one telling us what you need us to give you to hit them – and when you do, you will have incentives on your milestone targets.

if you are not super organised, confident and self driven don’t bother – this isn’t for you

Here is a breakdown of tasks:

Content creation and repurposing: We have many trainings and videos (and can make more on request) and you can use these however you like to clip and create quotes, reels, posts, tips, carousels, etc – whatever you need to post 3-4 times per week across our business and personal brand channels. (Our clients are easier will give you images and you can setup 3 months at a time with just posts for them)

Content Calendars – Create content calendars and captions with geolocation and hashtags for our clients, our business and the personal brand of the owner.

Schedule all posts once approved using Metricool

Reporting – Analyse reports and make changes to the process or give recommendations on changing post type, time, and more to get better reach and channel growth

Weekly Feedback meetings with owner – you will be communicating almost daily with the owner and expected to explain whats working and whats not. We want you to literally tell us what content to make more of and what you need to grow the channel.

Engagement – You will be engaging in accounts on behalf of our clients, our business and the owner. interacting on posts and managing up to 10 accounts

Systemise – Develop your own or bring in a process that works for you and document it. As we grow we will hire a second person in this role over time and you may step up to lead them and get them to follow your system

The platforms we use internally are Trello, Metricool, Canva and ChatGPT

We already have a Phillipino EA who has been working with us for 2 years and can help and teach you all of the systems along the way.

1. The subject line “I’m your expert” so we know you’ve read the whole post
2. A CV that is publicly available so we can click and read AND handles of accounts you managed
3. A short explanation of recent content and strategies you have been using that are working on social media channels so we know you know what your talking about

This job is not for Starter VA’s, you must be organised, business minded and speak fluent english as you will be working with the owner who delivers voice messages and screenshare videos as instructions
